BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING: To secure a booking we will require your Credit/Debit
Card details including; the card’s number, start/expiry date
and the
three digit security number, your address and post code. Your
card is not processed unless a deposit is required (10% non-refundable
for group bookings).
In the unlikely event of a ‘double booking’ every effort will
be made by Five Pilmour Place to locate and secure alternative
accommodation.
Five Pilmour place will not be liable for any additional costs.
PAYMENT: Full pre-payment or a credit card number is required to
guarantee your reservation. Payment can be made by; Amex, MasterCard,
Visa or Maestro. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.5% administration
fee.
Cancellations can be made by telephone, but must always be
confirmed in writing by letter or email, preferably by
the person who made
the booking.
CANCELLATION: 21 Days or more before scheduled booking…..
We will make every effort to re-sell the accommodation booked,
if this is unsuccessful in full or in part, you will be liable
for the
cost of one night’s stay of the total accommodation booking less
any monies recovered from re-sale.
CANCELLATION: less than 21 days prior to scheduled booking…..
We will make every effort to re-sell the accommodation booked, if
this is unsuccessful in full or in part, you will be liable for
the full cost of the original booking less any monies recovered
through re-sale.
All payments will be charged to your Credit/Debit
Card.
We recommend that Travel Insurance be taken out by
guests to cover costs incurred due to late cancellation.
No refunds are given in the event of early check-outs.
Our request for personal details are for our 'sole' use and are used
in respect to making and guaranteeing 'your' booking and are not
passed on to any third party except where we make enquires for
and on your behalf at another establishment.
